This is one of Google’s most strictly enforced policies because these violations are considered egregious, meaning immediate account suspension without warning. The policy covers content that incites hatred based on race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics, as well as content exploiting sensitive events, promoting self-harm, or containing graphic violence.
Google uses both AI and human review to detect violations, checking your ads, landing pages, and even third-party sources to determine compliance.
