Google prohibits the promotion of fake or unauthorized replicas of branded products. This counterfeit goods suspension applies even if the advertiser does not explicitly claim the item is genuine. Suspensions can also occur if the brand name is used without permission or if the landing page resembles an official brand site. Selling, linking to, or promoting counterfeit goods will result in an immediate suspension.
